At Rebirth Heart and Mind PLLC, we are committed to making therapy accessible and affordable for those seeking support.

We currently accept the following forms of payment:

Insurance: We accept a variety of major insurance plans. Please contact us to verify if we are in-network with your provider.

Medicaid: We proudly accept North Carolina Medicaid plans.

Medicare: We accept Medicare for eligible clients.

Self-Pay: For those who prefer to pay out-of-pocket, we offer competitive self-pay rates.

Self-Pay Rates:

Initial Intake Assessment: $125

Individual Therapy Session (53 minutes): $125

Family/Couples Therapy Session: $150

Payment Methods:
We accept cash, debit/credit cards, and HSA/FSA cards.

Insurance Verification:
Our team will verify your insurance benefits before your first appointment to help you understand your coverage and any potential out-of-pocket costs.

Good Faith Estimate:
Under the law, you have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your mental health care will cost if you are uninsured or choosing not to use insurance. We will provide this estimate upon request or prior to scheduling services.
